Chilli Penguin stoves are a small family run business located in North Wales.  Established since 2001 they have a network of over 80 selected stockists nationwide.   The Chilli Penguin stoves are not available to buy online.

The company is committed to UK manufacturing not only because the UK is good at it but also every order contributes to the salary of someone local to us or someone we know.

Chill Penguin produce top quality products that do what they say, and do it well.  They also want your stove to last for a long time.  They have spent time in the design and development process to ensure this.

Penguin Facts

Clean burn and air wash system.   Pre-heated air is introduced via channels and jets at the back of the firebox and above the door.  This ignites the volatile gases given off by the fuel, giving a very efficient burn and reducing the volume of harmful emissions that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.  The cleaner burn and the cushion of air directed at the glass, called an air wash, result in a clear view of the fire.

Convection panels on the side mean that the side surface is cooler as it promotes air flow from beneath the stove convecting heat out at the top.

All Chilli Penguin stoves are multi-fuel with all available with smoke control kits.

All Chill Penguin stoves are available in a choice of six colours:-  Charred Red; Evergreen; Polar Bear Belly; Storm Blue; Seal Grey and Penguin Black.   Please visit our showrooms to see samples of these colours.

The air controls on our stove are contained in the penguin disc on the front of your stove; this is a air boost disc, it is designed to balance open as the fire establishes, then swing down.  It should be free swinging.   The primary and secondary air control knobs can be used to achieve the burn that you want and be adjusted for the fuel type.

Chesneys was founded nearly 40 years ago by Paul Chesney. It had a single showroom and small workshop in London and concentrated exclusively on the restoration and sale of antique English fireplaces.

Today Chesneys is still a family-owned run business but during the intervening years it has developed a unique portfolio of luxury heating products and become a globally recognized brand.

Chesneys prides itself on its innovation and product design, investing in an on-going programme of research and development. As a result, it now boasts the most diverse portfolio of products of any company in the luxury heating sector.

The company’s success has been based on an uncompromising dedication to its core values. These have remained unchanged over the years and are simply expressed as a commitment to outstanding craftsmanship, intelligent engineering and innovative design. These have been the cornerstones of our success, accompanied by an aspiration to deliver service levels of the highest standard.
